Para que sepas con certeza cómo se mide la superficie útil, será necesaria la ayuda
de un profesional, esto es para que no te sorprendas en un error de mediciones.
El otro tipo de medida que existe, son los metros construidos. A diferencia del primer tipo de medida, los metros construidos hacen referencia a la totalidad de metros cuadrados correspondientes al perímetro de una superficie.
